Upon completion and payment in full, you own all deliverables created specifically for your agency, including custom workflows, templates, and configurations. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodology, frameworks, training materials, and any tools or systems developed independently of your engagement. We may use anonymized, non-identifying case study information for marketing purposes with your consent.
Payment terms are defined in your individual service agreement. See our pricing page for current service rates. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Phase 1 engagements. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project kickoff.
AgentFlow provides consulting and implementation services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, time savings, or business outcomes, though we provide estimates based on industry data and prior engagements.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.
